In our group meeting we discussed looking at a variety of music videos we found visually interesting in order to try and get inspiration for what to do within our own music video. We looked at Aphex twin - Window Licker and also Prodigy - Smack my Bitch Up and from this we liked certain ideas such as having a twist to try control the viewers mind and also the play on a sexual theme. We are starting to think about the genre of music we want to focus on and what advantages they will give us. We are narrowing it down to mainly upbeat songs as we believe we could be most creative when editing to upbeat music, allowing us to do fast cuts and a more conceptual theme.
